Meatballs (Joey's)

1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 egg
1/3 cup bread crumbs
salt to taste (about 1/2-1 tsp)
pepper to taste (about 1/4 tsp)
garlic powder to taste (about 1/2-1 tsp)
dry oregano (about 1/2-1 tsp)
a handful of romano cheese
about 1-2 tblsp chopped fresh parsely
milk (if mixture looks too dry)

Mix all together, form into meatballs, and bake at 350-375 about 20-25 mins total, flipping halfway through, until fat begins to render out. Simmer in tomato sauce.
