2 pkgs. of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (8 rolls per package)
2, 8 ounce pkgs. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla extract and lemon extract. Mix well.
Pat 1 package of crescent rolls into bottom of prepared pan. Lightly pinch together any breaks in the dough and pat dough so it fills bottom of pan. Spread cheese mixture over dough in pan. Place 2nd package of rolls over cheese mixture. Again, lightly pinch together any breaks in the dough and stretch dough to cover cheese mixture. Beat egg white until foamy and spread over top of dough.
Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
