2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup finely chopped nuts
Pre-heat oven to 325. Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and mix. Add in flour, salt and nuts and mix until blended. Form dough into small balls. Bake for 25 minutes.
While cookies are still hot, shake in bag filled with confectioners' sugar.
