Spinach Casserole

This one looks so quick and easy! Something for those days when you've been too busy to cook an elaborate meal.

3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 c. stuffing mix (Mom says "Pepperidge Farm")

Cook spinach in salted water, drain. Mix in cream cheese, 1/2 butter and seasonings. Turn into a casserole dish.

Mix stuffing mix with remaining 1/2 butter, melted. Top the casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
