Amounts of each ingredient will depend upon the number of servings you need.
Round steaks, cut 1/4" thick
Pancetta, chopped
Provolone, grated
Salt, pepper, garlic
Tomato sauce (or wine/stock)
Pound steaks and cut each in half. Mix pancetta, provolone, salt, pepper and garlic. Stuff each steak piece with mixture. Roll and secure with toothpicks. Brown outsides of meat rolls. Cook them in tomato sauce, simmering for 30 minutes or so.
