Sandi's Tuna Pillows

Hey, I just invented this! But last week I thought I invented tinted moisturizer when I mixed a dot of foundation with my lotion. Then I Googled it...turns out tinted moisturizer already exists...big time.

This would make a nice luncheon dish or (considering my skill level in the kitchen) something fun to get the kids involved in cooking.

Jiffy or Bisquick Baking Mix
Milk
2 cans tuna, drained
1 heaping tbsp. mayo
1/2 onion, chopped
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Shredded cheddar cheese

Mix tuna, mayo, onion in bowl. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste. Mix and set aside. (Reserve the tuna juice as a treat for the cats. You know they love it.)

Prepare 6 large biscuits as per box instructions (I use a 3 1/2" diameter glass rim as the cutter) and place them on ungreased baking sheet. Use the floured bottom of a juice glass to create an impression in the center of each biscuit. This will spread the biscuit a bit and make the rims pillow out--cute!

Half-way through the baking time, remove from oven. Impress the centers again and place a hearty dollop of tuna mixture in center of each biscuit. Continue cooking until golden. Turn off oven, add shredded cheese on each top. Serve when cheese melts.
