Um...somebody help me here. If you're using canned clams, where do you get the shells to bake them in? Saved from another meal or something?
2 cans minced clams
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2-4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. parsley
1/8 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. oregano
Grated parmesan cheese
Saute garlic, onion, parsley and oregano in oil until soft. Add bread crumbs. Mix and add to minced clams, with salt and clam juice to taste. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in shells on a cookie sheet at 375° for 15 minutes.

You collect the shells when you go to the shore for vacation. Mom was from the coast, remember? - Bim
See -- if you visit Jimmy and Paul in New Jersey you can collect your minced clam shells at the same time!
