1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 stick butter or margarine
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
6 1/2 oz canned tuna
8 oz sour cream
Saute onion and celery in butter or margarine. Stir in flour, salt, tarragon and pepper. Add milk, broccoli and tuna. Cover and bring to boil. Simmer 15 minutes (30 minutes if using fresh broccoli). Stir in sour cream and heat through. Thin with additional milk if necessary.

We made this tonight. A great winter dinner! I used 2 small cans of tuna, which is actually 10 oz. It was not too much, in our opinion. Serving with biscuits was perfect, because you have just enough time to make them while the chowder is simmering.
