1 C flour
3/4 tsp powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 C sugar
1/4 C oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 squares chocolate, melted
1/2 C powdered sugar
Sift together flour, powder and salt. Set aside. Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Stir in the chocolate. Stir in the flour mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Scoop small balls of dough and shape into spheres. Roll in powdered sugar. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool on rack.

We made these for our wedding dessert table. Of course, we made a test-batch first, so we were able to taste them. M-mmmm. Delicious and the powdered sugar gives them a fancy look.
